Greetings my dearest friends... Tomorrow I depart to Baltimore, Maryland, for the USCKF international tornament. For those of you that are wondering, United States Chinese Kuoshu Federation. Gosh guys! I'm so hurt! I just updated and will do more, but maybe not this week because I am totally exhausted. try doing volleyball from 8:30 to 4:30, and then conditioning from 5:30 to 6:30 and an open gym from 6:30 to 8, and then tell me that you have the enrgy to post. Oh yeah, and camp the day after.
