I am afraid of stinging insects. I don't scream and run around like a fool when I see one, it isn't that type of fear. Besides that sort of behavior will just entice the insect into aggressive behavior. But they do cause me a large amount of anxiety and I have recurring nightmares about being trapped in an enclosed area with a bee or wasp and

i am actually terribly allergic to almost every friggin' thing that is able to sting a person... fire ants? wasps, hornets, bees... and the thing is, i really LOVE bumble bees. those funny fat striped fuzzy ones... they are sort of like porcupine puffers.... they don't look like they should be able to fly or float or anything. and the fish look funny too.

i asked my dr. for an epi pen prescription (for 2 of them)....

that way i can have one in the truck or in my bf's truck (with me)... and one in the house.

i got a script for just one. so i had to wait 30 days for the refill. :P

it just makes sense. i have issues with being able to breath. so. yep, i need them. :/

We had a pair of epi-pens for Ali at one point due to his allergies to ant bites, so I know how it goes.
