Good luck!

Exercising in the winter is hard as hell. I plan on spending a couple of months in Zion National Park this summer. This means I need to get into super shape so I can do all the backpacking and hiking I have planned. It's hard to do in the winter because of all the snow. Biking, hiking and running outdoors is so perilous. :(

Let me know how to yoga works out for you. Maybe I should try it.

Wow! That sounds like a fantastic trip, will you be camping outdoors the whole time?

I love running in the winter for some strange reason, its just so much fun traipsing through the snow.

You'll get back to it, these dark days are very hard to motive yourself in. I'm in southern Britain (about 50N) and the little daytime we get has been dark due to bad weather for weeks. Are you north or south of me?

Hmmm....directly accross? I'm in Southern Canada. Right now when I wake up at around 7am its dark :(
