Exercising in the winter is hard as hell. I plan on spending a couple of months in Zion National Park this summer. This means I need to get into super shape so I can do all the backpacking and hiking I have planned. It's hard to do in the winter because of all the snow. Biking, hiking and running outdoors is so perilous. :(
Let me know how to yoga works out for you. Maybe I should try it.
