Life is very dull at the moment - Ali and I are both on a diet, so it's no booze during the week, plenty of salad and early to bed. It's working, but it sure ain't interesting. That said, I've noticed a big difference in productivity at work - I'm absolutely destroying it currently

I'm not sure which is more worrying: you getting drunk and the following day going on a course to learn Knife Skills, or you learning Knife Skills and then getting astoundingly drunk.

Thankfully the course is on the wednesday, and the getting drunk bit is afterwards! Tuesday evening will be very staid, not least as most of it will be spent actually driving down to Bath.
