i am invariably angry at america's education system for all of the same reasons.

museum work sounds wonderful.

odd jobs for perspective? teach abroad for a year or two? peace corps and the like..

i would like to be a bartender, or live awkwardly in japan for a year. before i inevitably settle for a corporate job somewhere, likely doing models and calculations for some uptight finance firm.

if it were me, (and I've missed you BTB). i would run over to the museum work. it sounds divine, looks good on resumes and sounds interesting as hell at cocktail parties...i would love to work at a museum...
my caboose is also different rooms of collage, mostly natural history...
