Hopefully the SP is going about as well as one can imagine: Bill Newell saying that your stuff is in need of a major overhaul... and then in January, you'll come back with a major overhaul and your advisor and Bill will be all "woah... that's pretty 'eff'n good for a winter-break overhaul!"
and less about anything personal.
I do believe I have your cell, but I'm not as worried as I would be normally if I didn't think you couldn't take care of yourself... you have the luck of Molly Brown or David Sedaris -- always coming out on top (although the connection to David... not as easily made.)
It would be nice to hear from you -- and I expect an update on the promise you made me May 5, 2003. You promised, JGC.
