I don't regret helping people, especially those in need. I don't regret turning out my pockets to do so, money is a means to an end. But to be lied to, used, and then left holding the bag because that person is unwilling to meet their obligations really, really sucks

It sounds like that is the answer I was wondering about. also, the Bag seems to have been on fire when the doorbell rang. Glad we both did not invest too much here.
