So I've decided (again) to try and get back into shape. Last time I tried to ramp up quickly, pulled a back muscle and stopped after a few weeks. This time I have started slow and don't really have a routine yet.
A few weeks ago I heard that
pleasuregelf is going to be running a half-marathon in March. This inspired me to add some running to the exercises
