So I've decided (again) to try and get back into shape. Last time I tried to ramp up quickly, pulled a back muscle and stopped after a few weeks. This time I have started slow and don't really have a routine yet.

A few weeks ago I heard that pleasuregelf is going to be running a half-marathon in March. This inspired me to add some running to the exercises ( Read more... )

Run the new shoes till your feet or shins hurt when running on them, then make them walking shoes and buy another pair to run in.

Oh, and congrats on running and getting back to working out.
