My shoe laces were too tight

That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Conditions were near perfect today. Maybe just a bit on the cool side, so I wore sweat pants and a long-sleeve shirt. I've had goods run wearing the same clothes before though

Face it we're old:) I made a mistake in doing most of mine on a treadmill, outside is kicking my ass

I've done most of mine at the track. The road is even tougher. There have been good days and bad on both. Not sure what makes the difference.
