On the up side I had a new personal best today of six miles in 63 minutes. Unfortunately it was the start of what was intended to be a half-marathon distance that I did not finish--again

I can't seem to really get my speed where I want it. I did a 4 mile race today, and struggled to keep 11.5 minute miles. I hope to get to 10 minute miles one day, but my hips and knees ache when I try for too much speed right now. Hang in there, maybe we can run some at DragonCon this year. do something healthy to offset the unhealthy parts of a con :)
