Edit: I fixed the problem!  I think it's an issue with lots that were added to the Lots & Houses bin because my two community lots and the one house I've built so far still have the road intact when I load those lots. :3

Aww, thank you. :D I still have a lot of work to do (about 8/90 lots and I haven't filled the grid in yet), but it's a start.
