10 million people here. That's alot. Accordingly, there is a ton of traffic, and to put it mildly, its chaotic at best. Of course, its easy to see and avoid the automobiles, but what you're really taking your life into your own hands with is the bicylcles. But cold. About a 7-8 C degree drop from last night. Wearing a sweater, shirt and undershirt, and still wishing I had brought gloves and a heavier coat. Luckily, its not supposed to last.
