We had the Realtor over Sunday for a walk through and suggestions of things to do before listing.. can you say carpets/hardwood flooring $$$ Ka-Ching.. can you say kitchen counter tops.. $$$ Ka-Ching.. can you say another four to six weeks to get it on the market and another $10,000 to spend on it so someone else can rip it out cause they don't like the color of type we choose.. it's a NO win deal Tom and it sucks.. oh yeah and it sucks the bank account BIG time also.. $$$ Ka-Ching the painter just gave me her bill for outside and inside complete paint.. $6,400 .. Bet this is going to run me $20 to $25,000 plus before I ever put a sign up on the lawn.
$$$ Ka-Ching the cement refinishing guy is at the door and wants his $3.100 now for the new driveway.. I just sit her and write checks all day Tom.. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Activities seem to stretch out to fill the available time. I'm actually trying to fill in five hours today. I ended up with nothing particular to do this afternoon and I don't feel like reading.
However, we'll be back on the road again before long.
And blabbering sort of goes with old age. :)
