Well by now everyone who is going to have read it will, as I have ranted before a good film isn't dependant on its spoilers or twists and finally as you can see there is plenty of conjecture here as to if he is dead or not.

To which I agree, he could be still alive, anything less than a decapitation in most movies = possibly alive.

I take it you havent seen the film yet?

I know that has been around for a while, saw it in much worse quality about 6 months ago, but it is also the opening scene to the movie. That is the 68 million dollars I was referencing.

I don't think Two Face died at all - it never even occured to me that he'd be dead. I'd be very surprised if we didn't see him come back in the third installment, locked away in a secret ward or somesuch.
