2. Via what delivery system? Ipod, computer, CD or other?
3. Good luck. How are you finding the PointsPlus system? I am about convinced that wine should have gone up only 50% instead of 100 or more%. Still can't decide whether to just "know" that being 35 points over in a week is "on target" or just reduce the amount in the tracker to get to the number of points I think it really is.
Oh, and per Dr. Oz, enough is urine runs mostly clear. I am TERRIBLE about drinking water. Would be perfectly happy to subsist on Diet Coke alone. Trying to improve my habits without going all "I'M GIVING UP DIET COKE!" because I have no desire to give up Diet Coke.
