Dude, it's so much easier to stay motivated when you have a work-out partner. And that's great that you're already helping each other out! :D It's sort of like AA when you have a sponsor to keep you in line. ;)

You can graduate from just "Hi" to "Hi, how are you?" :-O Scandalous!

Oh, totally. I mean, there can be days when you just don't WANNA do anything remotely resembling working out. But, if you've got someone cracking the whip with ya, it makes sure you go anyway. Which, in the end, is a goodly thing.

..."Hi, how are you?" That's waaaaaay to far, man. I was thinking more of a "Heya", or even a Fonz-like "Eyyyyy". Y'know, work my way up to "Hi, how are you?". Baby steps, man! Baby steps!

To tell the truth, I've been considering finding out where in town does fencing training; I know there's a place because they've advertised on the sides of the buses periodically. Don't know how much it costs though, and with car payments due to start in a month, plus my new gym membership, I don't know if I'd be able to afford it just now. Maybe in time, though.
