...I got back at 2AM from Purdue. The bus was overbooked and there was much chaos at the chicago bus terminal, which delayed my scheduled return by over an hour. It also rained rather hard walking back to my apartment. Clearly Madison doesn't want me back

oh wow, an entry man. how did 5 beers and 2 shots not get you drunk? it must have been a very long night. that is technically "binge drinking". the purpose of drinking for the more mature drinkers seems to be mild relaxation, not necessarily social lubricant in a bottle. not to escape, to enhance. i wonder if that was clear. so, somebody owes alcohol an apology. no. not really. alcohol is cool with that. anyway, you know what i think. paragraph two is also your worst math ever. minus logic point. :)

That reminds me of a story about a guy who was going back home for the holidays. But when the bus stopped and he got out he was in an entirely different place. The bus had gone through some kind of dimensional rift.

I'm probably only thinking about this because of Kingdom Hearts...

I thought you never see the light and sample the nectar of the gods....I think you are over shooting the number of 5 beers and 2 shots if you did not get majorly buzzed off that or you spread that amount over a extremely long period of time. Cheers to you and finally breaking a new barrier that took you way to long to discover. It is never bad to consume alcohol as long as you have self control and learn moderation. Unfortunately, Madison is a poor place to learn self control and moderation.
