I have lived in the shadow of my family for years. Drowned in their misery and made it my own, allowed them to suck the life out of me to the point of breakdown. I thought I had broken the tie and moved on, becoming stronger and seeing what life really has to offer. BUT, today it came back. I almost felt myself going back to that time in my life

i learned that when i was in the army. i am glad you are going to be true to yourself. you can love someone but they can be poison to you and you must let them go. gloria
