I feel you on the back pain. I totally fell on the ice yesterday, and my ass is killing me. Anytime I MOVE, my ass says, "Really, why?!" And the stairs? Horrible. Hope we're both back to normal soon!
The kids have colds, so it's snot city over here. Good times.
