Who: Open to Everybody! Much like the EOL threads, interact with each other, react to the scene, or learn the news the next 'morning.' Rinzler will be watching.
Where: A mostly ISO populated sector featuring guest stars: lightambulance and lightfiretruck.
When: The incident happens during the same time as Castor's open thread party.
What: A clearly intentional explosion taking out two supports on an ISO living complex. It is already crumbling before you arrive. There have been casualties but more survived.
Warnings: Violence, death of NPCs, etc?
Rinzler's resolution into the system had been an uneventful one, and it didn't take long for him to realise things had gone very wrong for Clu's regime and his programs. So, quietly he'd gone to patrol the damages. What he found was near shocking by sheer amount of what had been accomplished. Entire sectors had been completely redone. Chaos had run rampant and the remnants of Clu's control seemed to have been torn down with a vengeance.
It was unacceptable.
But this is digressing.
So, how were you all enjoying your event at the End of Line Club tonight?
Rinzler had seen that the club had been reconstructed, and by the lights, he knew it was a full house. The place was on his list of locations to 'investigate,' but tonight he had other plans.
Tonight he was going to watch the Grid respond to a change.
Things were different and he wanted to measure the system's reaction time, see what channels emergency data passed through, see how the programs grouped and merged themselves, see who supported who and who offered sympathies to whom. But most of all he wanted to see who was at the top of this informational hierarchy.
Who would the masses turn to, to address the situation? And who was going to confront him when the new system was pushed to its limits?
This was just the beginning. There was still so much more left for Rinzler to do; so many things that he still needed in order to gauge his world with its new face. And more than that, things he needed to be set right.
The ISOs and the rebels should be the first to go.
And that was the thought that spurred tonight's attack.
[OOC| Find out about the disaster any way you want, any day you want. Help the wounded, count the dead, examine the scene, console the victims; go wild. Action tags, logs, anything in between, it's all good. I am heading out to a party and will check on this thread tomorrow. Sorry I'm so slow to tag this thread D:, but I'm going to a concert tonight and I'll be away just a little longer. Till then, have fun! Please remember Rinzler's permissions post
