If my parents hadn't decided to stick with their commitment early on (particularly my mom)--we wouldn't be a family now. My mom's faithfulness and loyalty to my dad (Along with a HUGE dose of God's help) is a huge part of what makes any of us even willing to attempt to maintain our family without her.
