Man I told you, you just have to high expectations for a PMP. Super devices just don't exist. People try to shoehorn in convergence but it just hasn't been done right yet. The Iphone comes close, but Apple's contempt for its customers sorta killed it.

SSDs are sweet but the capacity isn't there. Even the HDD manufacturers of SSDs haven't put up anything bigger than 32Gigs that I've seen. Plus nobody big will ever support Divx or Xvid or any other commonly used friendly format.

Its definitely up there as a nice PMP. But 16Gig for $400 nice? Nope.

Haha. Well it really had nothing to do with compliants, considering there are MAC Fanboys out there that will bitch about anything... Apple's only concerns are to its shareholders and upon announcing the cuts and the new line of too-soon products, they lost almost 8 points--Jobs wants to make it seem like Apple actually cares about his customers though--but losing $10 billion in 24 hours will cause any CEO to rethink the situation. Just remember to buy all future Apple products with a credit card that has price protection, and you would have gotten your $200 back... I don't think they should have gotten anything back, because they assumed the risk of early adoption of a sub-par product to begin with. Sux for them.
