Vegetarian?

So I have been a pseudo-vegetarian aka flexitarian for about 3 years now. But I finally made the leap to being a complete vegetarian last week. I went to the Puyallup Fair with my mother and we went through the chicken and pheasant exhibit. They were lovely, adorable and ridiculous, all at once! Good for you! Becoming a vegetarian is something I'd like to do, and yet am too lazy to do. I feel bad about it, but there it is. Don't have any tips for veggie nutrients, but maybe there are web guides?
