it takes a week or two to get used to it. trust me you will. the CORRECT pressure is so that the air cushion just seals. no air escaping. any more than that and you are over doing it.
the weird sleep thing is the fact that you just got REAL sleep. your body is used to CRAPPY sleep. lol. the REAL sleep is far deeper than you are likely used to going so you wake up feeling weirdly rested. i had the same thing happen to me. i woke up at like 6am the first night using mine and couldn't sleep any more. it felt like a sleep overdose. if you wanna question me in extreme detail, hit me up on aim ill answer any and all questions you may have as a CPAP veteran of nearly 12 years ;)
