Operation: No More belly

Somehow would like to keep fat-ass, but lose belly, HA! sorry, doesn't work that way.

Day One
Anyhow, finally took my first literal strides to losing some weight. Finally got on my CPAP, and gained 10 lbs in the first 2-3 weeks, and another 5 lbs on top of that by the end of 2 months.

My metabolism is finally settling down, or needing proper use, so I need to start watching diet and/or exercing.

So I went for a run about, 5 minutes ago. My goal was to run around the corner and down to the end of the street and back. I couldn't even make it down to the street. Probably hit 110-130 bpm at the second speedbump away.

End of the week I'd like to be able to run to the barricade, and then back to the intersection of cedar and willow without a stop

Total Run time: 2 minutes
Estimated distance: ~1/4 mi
Walked back.

Current Diagnosis: Way Out of Shape

Day Two
Made it all the way down to the Fence this time around, walked way back (good cooldown). Working on Breathing and relaxing on way back too, maybe by next week, I can do 2 sets of 1/4 mile?
