Bikes are good for the fatness, if you have one and ever want to do the riding together.

Yeah I'm in the same boat. I gained a lot of weight because I was banned from going outside because of anti-biotics.

That or I'll cheat, Excercise doesn't count if you just make the world move around you.

Swimming is fairly low impact exercise, and I second the bike thing.
When I start feeling like a lard ass, I walk around Lake Elizabeth. My only issue with walking and running is the bursitis in my hip acts up /getting old.
