Ok, so I am trying to keep the complaining about illness and work stress to a minimum.

So. Um. What else is there?

The sad and poignant tale that is Garfield without the cat's speech bubbles. Also, the earlier I get to work, the earlier I get to arrive at the train station and I am seeing more and more weirdness. Last Thursday a man said this as I ( Read more... )

Poor John LOL

Too bad you can't bring a little film camera and make a documentary of people at the train station

The robot must be making a comeback. Some girl I went on a date with recently insisted that I'd make a real splash at work if I busted into the robot from time to time. Ummm. Ok then.

Did I mention there was no second date? ;)

Yeah, too late on this one. There wasn't any click. Some strange robot noises, but no click.

You know, I actually like Garfield...but still, yeah, I've often wondered about Jon's sanity, since Garfield doesn't technically speak back to him.

I would love to have your life for just one day. People around here just aren't weird enough. Well, not in public, anyway.

Wow. That's downright creepy and troubling.

Hope you feel better! Surely there is a magic kitchen gadget of feeling better manufacture?

just a few thoughts...

first, garfield is a rather sad and poignant tale even with the speech bubbles... well, it's sad at least, though maybe not poignant.

second, this is your livejournal, which means that you're under no obligation not to complain about illness or work. maybe you should do so from time to time, if it will relieve some of the weight on your shoulders. i can pretty much promise that your family and friends will understand, and give you their sympathy and support.

third, i think you need to read this

last, the universe is so freaking gorgeous
