I think you look at things the wrong way... The fact you are seeing Kat and are really getting to like her should be proof enough to you that the universe doesn't hate you. Don't mess things up with Kat because you're preoccupied with Eva again - that would be your fault, not the universes!

I agree w/ Gidge - why are you still thinking of eva if things are going so well with Kat? Will you still be pining for Eva no matter what happens? Consider the answer - and what does that tell you?

What I was implying was that you have some unresolved feelings you need to deal with.

If you think you'll still be pining for Eva, maybe you should let Kat go and see how things would play out with Eva.

If you think you want to be with Kat, be with Kat and don't wonder after Eva so much.

I'm just saying you should ask yourself some questions and be prepared to handle the answers you get.
