well, im sad again. my damn promiscuous computer has contracted another virus. PC-VD!!! haha. fortunatly, i havnt put any new things on there that cant be saved, so im not that sad about it.

I believe it's called... umm... anti-virus software? That, or you could just get all the Window's updates and be very careful as to what you download.

well, when you run the virus software, and the adware software, and the online virus scan, and update everything, and still your getting nothing done, and its not going to do any harm to reformat and recover your HD, what then? your reformat and use your recovery partition. so you might want to see what the problem is next time before imparting your wisdom.

Well, in that case I guess the best suggestion is to become a pro at reformatting your computer, either that or ditch DSL (umm no). Good luck, hopefully the bastards will stop targeting you.

how would ditching DSL make my computer safer from auto targeting trojans, spyware, adware and malware? i just dont understand that. plz explain
