Emily and Aaron's wedding was really nice, good ceremony, great reception. It was really moving, actually, to listen to their parents' speeches. Is it weird that a major part of the appeal of marriage, to me, is that I know my parents would be thrilled? Technically, I work a normal number of hours per week, and I get three or four days off at a stretch to compensate for working seven in a row. So my schedule isn’t that bad. Have I mentioned, lately, how much I love William Gibson's books? I want to own all of them.

Idoru got me through the past twelve hours of work. It made me want to eat sushi and go to japan and buy parts for my computer and program/hack something.

Thank god the weekend is over. I needs me my days off.

I finally got around to reading The DaVinci Code. I gotta say, I found it pretty "meh". The first problem is you know the whole premise before you even start the book, so there's not much in the way of surprise. Secondly, the writing is quite mediocre. The pacing isn't great.
