19:52 Ug. Twatlight commercial. I'll show you all a "New Moon." ( Read more... )

I've always wondered if medical shows piss medical people off as much as computer people on tv piss computer people off.

Mercy... where new grads just pull up 100 mg of morphine and slam it into someone's vein. WTF???

You're getting the vac in exchange for giving vacs or something? I'm starting to get desperate over here. Of course, it may be a moot point if what I have brewing is Hamthrax.

I'm giving vacs at a county health dept and all workers get a vac. So yeah.

Ok. Honest to God. WHAT is the holdup? There isn't any shortage or rationing of the vaccines in this region. I don't understand why you guys are struggling to *qualify* as high risk just to get the damn thing. Is this a state heath dept issue? I'm just...baffled.

No clue. I thought it was this way everywhere. I'm on an online mom's group(which is moms all over the country) and people are literally traveling hours to get the vaccine for their kids. They're giving out the vaccine to the pediatric workers at my hospital first...which I understand, but we on the Onc floor can't take the nasalmist either, and it seems like we would be pretty high priority too.

The Conspiracy Theorist in me says Big Pharma is hoarding vaccines to create demand.

It does seem weird to me because so many people I know *aren't* getting the vaccine for themselves or their kids...so where is all this demand coming from?
