So John and I needed a new furnace. This happens. The furnace was old, it broke a few days before our wedding, and we wanted to take advantage of the energy rebates. Fine.

I'm currently sitting in my apt in dire need of a shower AND a pajama day waiting for management to come do their annual inspection. Got the note tucked into the door yesterday...they can come and enter the apt anytime between 1130am-530pm. They might not come at all. I'm thinking of just getting naked and getting in the shower to ensure they DO come and it will just be over.

Sucks for you. Off to Denver?

I die without pajama day. I need time to myself, away from John and the world, to just wear my pajamas and be with my cat, for more than an hour.

I feel the same way! And Corey doesn't seem to understand that I can't be grungy in my pjs if someone comes over (repairman, one of Corey's friends, etc.) The key to pajama day is not only being in my pajamas, but having to be nothing to no one but myself!
