So we are having to do self appraisals at work, again. I always want to put in humorous/worthless answers, but I guess that might be a bad idea. They're really asking for it though with questions like "Do you feel you have abilities which are not being fully utilized in your present job? Can you suggest how they can be more fully used?" It

I am a terrible, terrible person for having never seen that. I tried to rent it tonight, but the didn't have it. This shortcoming must be remedied as soon as possible.
