I've rendered my laptop functional again, so I once again have internet access and mobility, which means I'm back! I can do things, now.

I'm really glad that I was sidelined for less than a day. That's pretty lucky. Hopefully I truly have fixed it, but I'm still treating the machine especially nicely. Not that I was abusive before, but still.
