Ok, Today was kinda slower.... but its okay I needed a nice slow day. It started with a jackass phone solicitor waking me up, very very early.... ugh. I DONT WANT TO DONATE BLOOD. So then I got ready later and went to track, practically nobody went. We sprinted 500,300,then 200 then went home. Not very long practise but a tough sprint all the same
