So good to speak to you on the phone Andrew today, my best wishes go forward with you for Silver's speedy recovery.
From a medical point of view, especially with surgery such as this they might want to keep her in for 1-2 days more until pain relief is under control and all obs are stable. While this is still considered surgical short stay 1-5 days, I wouldn't let patient go if pain was still a strong consideration and obs were all over the place.
Follow all doctor directions to the letter especially post opp pain, and AB if included. And I mean that.
I'll check the email box often, looks like you're in good hands with the nurse and Doc.
PS I know it from fact that all nurses have sweet teeth, the most flattering gift you can give is a box of fine chocolates :)
Stay Safe and Sane and Get well soon.

The OB/GYN, Battaglia, had mentioned he had trouble with the ambulance crew before and will jump on them. He was not happy about how they treated your lovely daughter.
I may not know names but I do have dates/times and the ambulance number. I'll let the head of nursing deal with these assholes.
The good will get praised and the bad will be reprimanded.
