I haven't really taken the time to process what's gone on over there in the last 48 hours. It's really quite something to read your impressions of what's going on being so close to all the action.
I read your journal entry this morning, then checked slate.msn.com during my lunch. They've always got interesting articles about current events, and this one caught my eye. It's very much in line with your observations, and it's a good read.
