I have seen one of these deaths for myself, and I can tell you that coming with us is the best chance you have for survival. We have lost too many already, and I wish for it to end there.

Your mother and I are affected, as I'm sure you know. Lloyd has also been possessed. Both he and I seem to have a good grasp on our sanity.

I trust that you are both capable, but I would still find it safer to have you down in the tunnels. The Malnosso used Edward's possession to destroy him, and I will not risk that happening to anyone else.

We will need you to go into the tunnels. While you are still capable of fighting, the power of that spirit can be use against you in the Malnosso's attempts to kill.
