You know, I'm hearing a lot about Halloween, which sounds sort of like Hallow's End. So, I guess it's neat that in a way we share something in common. And by we, I mean me and my friends here as well as a lot of people from other places. So, it's sort of a point of common ground and whatnot ( Read more... )

Naw, not yet. I'm really stuck. I dressed as a princess for that party not too long back. ...But I sort of want to wear my tiara again. I'll really have to think.

Pirate could be fun. Or a maid.

What're you going with?

Oh, really? I did a pirate for the party...but I think for Halloween I'm gonna do something a little different.

What are you thinking about doing? I don't really know, I forgot it's so soon so now I'm trying to think. I was kinda considering dressing like a boy but I'm not sure I'd be really convincing. At all.

I never really understood the point of costumes. Then again, I'm pretty easy to distinguish compared most of the other patrons at the Bucket.

To be honest? You and Gor' sort of were obvious no matter what you were going as.

I always kinda liked it. I mean I figure it's a day where I could be somebody else. Sometimes there's glamor to it, you know? I could be a naughty priestess or I could be a scantily clad member of the Order...

Why would you want to be someone else? Are you unhappy with who you are?

Uh. Just to try it, I guess?

Should I not want that? Is that wrong? I dunno, it's... different. It's kind of fun to pretend now and again.

It's sort of an event, and you do trick or treat some. Mostly at taverns and inns and such. And there are costume parties and special foods and things like that. Lots of candy. It's really amazing that you have something similar!
