My name is Gil Grissom. I understand there is an investigative unit here in Neon, and I was wondering if they could use any help. I was previously the night shift supervisor of the Las Vegas Crime Lab, and due to our shortage of CSIs, I was often out in the field, so I have a good background in both forensics and crime scene investigation.

Oh wonderful, we're lacking a CSI on the DATS Neon team!

I'm Emiko Hiwatari, the main secretary for Major Armstrong, our Commander in Chief. If you wish to come down for an interview, I can certainly free up time for it immediately.

I'm pretty sure we're short of them in DATS!

I'm Kanbara Takuya, nice to meet you! I'm a new recruit for DATS, though I could always help you out!

Yeah there is! I dunno if we have a forensics unit or not though...kinda suprising since that whole gig was really popular back in the 00's.

Yes, Ms. Hiwatari just scheduled me for an interview.

So I've noticed. It's gotten to the point I think there are too many forensic dramas on TV.

I know right? I look through all the retro DVD's at the library and it's all reality shows or forensic or medical dramas. I mean, what happened to the SciFi? Then again SciFi HAS kinda taken over 2034, but STILL, it's IMPOSSIBLE to find the old SciFi on DVD these days! I mean, sure, there's VHS's, but they're bloody expensive and it's not like you can find a VCR anywhere. And I'd watch the forensic and medical drama's, I would, if I could understand any of them. All the science mumbo jumbo goes over my head! At least in SciFi it's pretend sciency mumbo jumbo.

Yori Akiyama Izumi by the way, heh. Nice to meet you!

There's never anything good on TV.
