let it snow let it snow...cakes
Duh, in my memory, we did not have so much snow and such cold weather at least for five years around the date of my birthday. The snow's been on since Christmas and did not melt. As much as I don't like cold, it is so beautiful outside: there has been no wind for three days, "everything" is white, frost-coated...A real winter, indeed.
My, Elina has two first of her molars pulled this week because she has new teeth coming. Hell. Time flies.
Jenny especially enjoys snow-diving and shitting all over the fresh snow...

My husband's sister is working in a hotel's restaurant and she ordered this delicious walnut-whipped cream cake for me.
For my bday I got colorful drawings from Elina, a gift card to a spa from my husband and my mother has sponsored me to design & buy new curtains for my living room. Ok, not anything very...posh, but if I sit down and think of it...I have a lot compared to some out there. Why would I complain?
