Hey hey! I actually made another post today, I was in US again and returned only Saturday.
I think Guilelmo del Toro is another good candidate to direct XF, but he'd need to CGI DD at least fifteen years back to attract young viewers. I actually hate such sequels that scream greed and exploitation of old fame (unless it is a James BOnd movie or a Star Trek, since these are already legends).
I do recall I posted a gossip that DD/GA actually became lovers and waited for publicity to be open about it. I liked the idea, but then I looked at DD's pic...he might have looked better in his 53.

THe 2nd Star Trek was good, but mostly thanks to Cumberbatch. He just stole the show imo.
