Well, my new gig is beyond crazy. I've never had so much and so little responsibility at the same time, nor have I ever been a part of an opening of this magnitude.
It's going to be stressful, but it will also be very exciting. Hopefully I will cherish my window and never try to jump out of it.

It is a pleasure to meet you and I certainly don't mind at all adding each other to our respective lists. Please just bear in mind that if I ever do get the time to write in here that I might vent from time to time so I would appreciate it if you took everything on here with a grain of salt (and certainly it might be embarrassing if any part of it came back to me via Memphis).
That being said, the opening wasn't nearly as scary as we thought although we're still working out a few kinks here and there. I think most of the corporate helpers leave today or tomorrow, so we'll see how well things go after we're successfully weened (Whatever problems we face, it's nothing a few more 20 hour days can't fix). In any case, this place is gorgeous. I still gawk at everything like it's my first time in the building, and the guests think pretty much the same ( ... )
