My arm hurts

Well actaully both arms, but the right especially, enough to make it hard to type or mouse. It started last week after i had a lot of digging to do, follwed by lifting some very heavy and awkwardly balance furniture. Gah, physique of a geek.

If it does not get better within a reasonable interval, try a chiropractor, they can do Good Things...
