He had decided to just do it. After all, he was the Doctor!
He had defeated Daleks and Cybermen and who knows what else on countless occasions.
He was the Doctor!
He could do anything!
She decided to just do it. After all, she was Donna Noble!
She was the best temp is Chiswick, and had defeated countless foes alongside him.
She was Donna Noble!
She could do almost anything!
They sat beside each other, gazing at the purple moon in the sky above them in silence.
This was ridiculous! He should just tell her.
But she looked so peaceful, her ginger hair splayed out behind her, staring at the purple moon.
He will tell her, tomorrow.

But he looked so peaceful, a rare moment when he was absolutely still and calm.
She will tell him.
She's Donna Noble, and she will have what she wants!
She turned to him.
"Doctor?"
He turned to her.
"Yes, Donna?"
And she kissed him.
And this time, it didn't taste of anchovies and ginger beer.
And this time, there was no pressing rush to not die.
And this time, neither of them were shocked.
And under that purple moon, everything was perfect.
