I am only surprised because I'd say the traffic in the Tampa Bay area is far, far worse than it is in Orlando. Otherwise, I am not surprised at all that those two cities are the deadliest. I hate driving in Tampa, let alone walking there.

i think orlando got it due to all the airheaded tourists. they just run across major roads.

orlando is bad. tourists not knowing where there going doesn't help.
