Hell-desk stupidity

Why me?!?

I always seem to get either teh stupidest or most arrogant person when calling NTL Support.

We have had a thunder storm tonight ... and suddenly we lose 'Net access. No outbound connection on the cable modem so a call gets made to NTL Internet Support after trying the usual reboot of the cable modem.

Hmmmn NTHell were having fun with them too, they keep cutting all our tv packages and still charging us for them :S and when it comes to tech support they are having a laugh, when will they understand that us IT techy types actually know what where talking about :D
