I know. I can't wait to get the keys.
Should be Monday or Tuesday.

Then the real fun begins. The place was a rental and it was foreclosed on. It's been vacant for 4-5 months. There is a pile of clothes on the floor in front of the washing machine, and there is still food in the fridge. YUCK!
-I'm going to have to do some serious cleaning before I move in!

foreclosed home at this point in time when the economy is falling apart.. you must have gotten it for a *really* good price.

I got it for $130K less than it sold for a year and a half ago.
Still with the way things are it only appraised for a little over what I'm paying.

It's between MLK and Rainier on Orcas St.. It is about 4 miles from where I'm at now. The house is about 8 blocks from Seward Park. Yeah!
