In an attack of California Beauty Consciousness(tm), I've decided it's about time to recapture the lost feeling of being in high school - I got myself braces. It' so much fun I already started counting down days till I can get rid of them again...

Not jat jish ish important newsh - I jusht felt like sharing.

Depends on what you mean by full set. If you think upper&lower, yes, I did. (Plus a bite plate for my overbite. My mouth looks like a duck bill with all that stuff in there)

If you mean braces *behind* my teeth - thankfully not!

Oh man. I'm sorry. I never had braces (and mention that fact at every opportunity) but I have heard only bad things. Well besides the fixing of the teeth bit.

And they have braces for behind teeth?!?

It's definitely not a fun thing... Nothing but soup/SlimFast on my meal plan for quite some time. But it'll be worth it. (I hope!)

As for the behind the teeth bit - I don't know if that exists. Somebody told me, but they might've been pulling my leg....

Belive me - you don't really :)

Looks like I'm on a soup diet for at least a month or so before my teeth are even in a position to chew. (On the upside, I'll lose weight ;)
