It is time.

Mind if I "friend" you - I'd like to read your blog (I found you through camping/backpacking, and though it may seem we have little in common - what with me being a vegan and you a hunter and all - your x-mas entry was fun to read and I'd like to read more!)

Y'know, I can say "Yes" - and if you want, I will. But I'd just like to point out that:
1) I am a hunter ;)
2) I have a very PERSONAL (yes, a close, actual, affected me personally) reason to have a very strong disdain of the Catholic Church.
3) Most of the ramblings are pretty boring.
4) You're dealing with an ancient user - LJ ID# 6232

But what the hell, why not? I am always open and welcoming to new people, regardless their personal story. I just want you to be aware of what you're getting yourself into.

Well, in case you haven't actually read my blog, I'm not exactly the most faithful Catholic either. Go ahead and disdain all you want - I won't blame you for it. And go ahead and hunt all you want...okay, well, I'm not a fan of that, but I'm not gonna change anyone's mind on that front, so I won't argue with you! I just like to find people on LJ to communicate with, whether alike or different, and I promise, I'm not a bitch. i'm a big proponent of "live and let live", "To each his own" and many other cliches.

Meh, you seem pretty cool. I know you say "Don't pole the bunny," but I poked around the bunny's JOURNAL - very different. I was not poking the bunny. (Well, okay, maybe once. Just to see what would happen.)

Yeah, you're in. The journal itself is VERY different from the non-locked journal, just be fairly forewarned and prepared. Welcome to the madness.
